if u use a legend in a gym battle once no matter who won the hacker automatically
loses
use legends twice in a gym battle and you will be suspended from gym leader for a week

use legends three times in gym battles and you will no longer be gym leader or be able to apply for a new gym

use hacked pokemon once in a gym battle you get suspended as gym leader for a week

use hacked pokemon twice in a gym battle permanantly suspended as gym leader not allowed a new gym

use hacked pokemon three times=banned

do u mean if the gym leader uses hacked or legendary pokemon

soz i mean gym leader and challenger

did u say the challenger wins whoever uses the hacked/legendary pokemon coz that means u could challenge sum1 with a hacked or legendary pokemon and theyd win wotevr happens, dont u mean the person who used the hacked / legendary pokemon loses? Surely?
