Magby appears in Route 227 and Stark Mountain with Leaf Green inserted into the GBA slot.
Elekid appears in Route 204, 205 and Valley Windworkds with Fire Red inserted into the GBA slot.

Also, in Diamond, Elekid has a 50% chance of holding an Electirizer, but just 5% in Pearl.
The reverse is true for Magby, with Magmarizer.
